Delivery

Each IS-AY piece is made to order and typically arrives within 10–15 business days of placing your order — 7–10 business days for production, followed by 3–5 business days for delivery via our complimentary domestic shipping. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order leaves our care.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. They may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, courier delays, or other unexpected events.

A Note on Colour

We make every effort to represent the colour and finish of each piece as accurately as possible in our photographs. However, please note that colours, tones, and finishes may appear differently on different screens, depending on your device settings and display calibration. As each piece is handcrafted using natural leather, slight variations in grain, texture, and colour are inherent to the material and should be expected as part of its character, rather than considered a defect.

Returns & Exchanges

As every IS-AY piece is made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference, change of mind, or similar. We encourage you to review all product details, dimensions, and photographs carefully, but would be happy to assist you in case of any doubts prior to placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Products

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Should you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at clientcare@isay.co.in within 48 hours of delivery, along with your order number and clear photographs of the item and its packaging.

Once your claim has been reviewed, we will offer either a replacement, where feasible given the made-to-order nature of our pieces, or store credit, at our discretion. Claims submitted beyond this window, or without supporting photographs, may not be accepted.

Cancellations

We accept cancellation requests within 24 hours of placing the order.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
